SHIPPING POLICY

You can choose to collect orders from any BT Games store or choose between a variety of delivery options such as door to door couriers, Pargo pickup points and BOB Box locker.

We can deliver to most addresses within South Africa. Courier fees apply for all orders less than R1000, in a high risk areas and that are over 5kg. Certain restrictions may apply.

 

Door to door Delivery Option

Free delivery applies to all orders valued at R1000.00 or more, shipped to non-high risk areas. Couriers delivery fee will be charged on all orders below R1000.

All parcels over 5KG’s are shipped using an economy service and will incur courier fees determined at checkout. Orders to high risk areas attract additional fees that are determined at checkout and/or during the processing of the order which will be communicated to our customers.

Any pre-orders will be dispatched the day prior to launch, delays will be communicated to all preorder customers.

 

Pargo Orders

How does Pargo work?

Pargo has set up a network of pickup points in popular stores. Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a store close to their office or home when it suits them.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection?

Delivery can take up to three business days from the day that Pargo collects your parcel. Add an additional two days for delivery to outlying areas.

What do I need to bring to collect my Pargo order?

All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection. You will need this code to collect the parcel. Without it, you will not be able to collect.

 

BOB Box

How it works?

Choose Bob Box as your delivery option and select the Bob Box counter or locker location that works for you.

How to access your parcel?

BOB Box will send you an OTP (one time pin) by SMS as soon as your parcel has been delivered to the chosen locker or counter. To unlock the Bob Box locker and retrieve your parcel, simply enter your OTP on the keypad.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Products over 5kg's

Courier fees apply to all orders that have items that are more than or accumlated to more than 5kg's. These fees are calculated at checkout.

Store Collection Option

There is no charge for orders collected from a BT Games store. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for stores to receive stock of a non preordered item that the store may not have stock of.

 

Note – the below points call out how we determine what shipping charges apply, any incorrect information supplied by you may result in your order being cancelled at any time.

  • Please enter your postcode correctly as errors may lead to non-delivery or additional delivery costs being applied – BT Games cannot be held responsible in this regard
  • All web orders are paid for at time of order online, even orders to be collected in-store. Please take your ID with you if collecting in store. Any applicable additional fees will be added to the order upon checkout and the total final price you see will cover any additional shipping costs before you make payment
  • We may not deliver to rural areas, plots, farms, game farms, mines, embassies, power stations and chain stores, and we do not accept “COD”
  • We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or after hours
  • Strikes may cause delays and these are beyond our control
  • Economy service can take from 2 to 4 working days for delivery from despatch, depending on the area of delivery. Shipping is expected to take longer during peak trading periods like December, Easter and other increased trading periods - during these periods our lead time of orders will increase (we may take longer than the usual 2 to 4 days to deliver your parcel).
  • “Shipping” or “delivery” means the sending of a parcel to the client after it has become available and the payment has been received
  • This policy applies to South African delivery addresses only - we regret we do not deliver to any address outside of South Africa.
